Returns & Refunds

At TSOG, every garment is made to order. This means your piece is created especially for you once your order has been placed, helping us reduce waste and produce intentionally rather than in bulk.

Because of this, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

All sales are final on made-to-order products.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect colour selection

• Accidental orders

Please refer to our Size Guide before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our production partner.

If your item arrives:

• damaged,

• defective, or

• you receive the wrong product,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to assist.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law or when an order cannot be fulfilled.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
